Privacy & trust
Short version: we collect what you type into our forms, ZeoVision counts people without identifying them, and your data stays in your own country in twelve countries. The rest of this page is the detail behind those three sentences.

What the forms collect, and why
The beta forms ask for your name, business name, industry, country, WhatsApp number and email, plus a few details about your setup such as message volume, number of locations or camera brand. We use it to reply to you and to work out whether the product fits your business. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone outside ZeoMind.

ZeoVision counts people. It does not identify them.
There is no facial recognition in ZeoVision and no identity tracking. It counts people, measures how long a queue is, and records events like someone entering a restricted zone without a helmet. It cannot tell you who a person was, and it cannot produce a report on a named employee. Video is processed on your own site and stays there; only counts and events leave the building.

Where your data sits
Works anywhere. Your data stays close to home. We keep your data in your own country in: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and the United States. Outside those, we'll tell you exactly which region your data sits in before you sign anything.

This website itself
This marketing site runs on Cloudflare, and the leads submitted through its forms are stored in Supabase. That is a brochure site and a contact list, not your customer data or your video — those live under the residency rules above once you are a customer.

Deleting what we hold
Email zeomind.ai@gmail.com and ask. We will delete what we hold about you and confirm in writing within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking does not cost you your place in the beta queue.
